Our wholesale e-Warehouse is protected with a GeoTrust site security seal. GeoTrust is a company that specialises in security. Their specialty is issuing SSL certificates for web sites to secure transactions. GeoTrust maintains a high acceptance rate among popular browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer ©, Netscape©, Mozilla and more.

Our certificate provides secure communication from your web browser to our server. This allows us to take your orders securely and protects any information that you provide to us.

When you start the checkout process, or any time that you log in to our wholesale e-Warehouse by providing your username and password, you will see a small padlock appear in the bottom right corner of your browser window. This indicates that your session is secure. You will also notice that the URL in the address bar now starts with "https".  Why do you have a separate wholesale website for internet trading?

At WF Plastic, we're concerned with the security of our customers' data, and also with the security of their online transactions with us. Our wholesale e-Warehouse, used for internet trading, has been specifically designed to allow our customers to trade securely with us online. This website is a living online store used by our customers Australia wide, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Whilst our business website, www.wfplastic.com.au has also been appropriately secured, the purpose of this site is to provide our customers with a window into WF Plastic Pty Ltd. Additionally, this site provides information concerning the packaging and cleaning supplies industry at large. Given the differing purposes and requirements for each site, we chose to physically separate them. This has the additional benefit of providing our customers with focussed content, rather than attempting to provide an all-in-one website.

 Can I purchase pallets / mixed pallets?

Yes. We're more than happy to assist you with your purchase of palletised stock from us. We have the facilities to load your pallets onto your truck, or can hand load your pallet quantity stock into your vehicle.

At WF Plastic, we routinely assemble mixed pallets for our customers too. Mixed pallets are particularly popular with remote customers who wish to purchase a variety of stock in bulk. Your pallets will always be expertly packed, wrapped and labeled.

Yes. We use a sliding price scale where possible, with price breaks at certain points. In this manner, you can enjoy the benefits of buying in bulk from WF Plastic. .

Shipping

 What is WF Plastic's Shipping Guarantee?

We understand that shipping fees are a significant factor in our customers' decision to purchase from us, and never seek to profit from them. You will only ever be charged the ACTUAL shipping cost for your consignment. We use a complex automated shipping calculator that assesses your order, and calculates which shipping methods are available to you, and at what price. Sometimes, with mixed orders, we're able to pack them in such a way that the final shipping cost is actually less than the calculated shipping cost that you have paid.

When our shipping companies invoice us, their charges are reconciled against our orders. For any savings of $5 or more, a gift certificate will be raised in your name for the difference in your shipping. This certificate will be redeemable with future purchases from WF Plastic, and is yours.

Yes. We ship single items, cartons and pallets of stock throughout Australia daily. We're committed to ensuring that our customers are given low cost, high quality freighting.

Who are your shipping partners?

At WF Plastic, we understand that shipping costs play a significant role in our customers' decision to purchase from us. Accordingly, we go to great lengths to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

WF Plastic has a number of shipping partners to choose from depending upon your needs:

• Clipper Parcels - for Sydney metropolitan deliveries
• Couriers Please - for satchel deliveries to most of the east coast of Australia up to a V-Weight of 5kg
• Australia Post - for deliveries to PO boxes, and national deliveries for V-Weights up to 20kg
• TNT Road Express - for most of our national freight
• WF Plastic Delivery Fleet - for local deliveries in the Sydney metropolitan area
• Pallet Freight (to be quoted) - for larger consignments Australia wide

 Do you mark up your shipping fees?

No. We understand that shipping fees are of significant concern to our customers. Accordingly, you will only ever pay cost price for shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Guarantee explanation above for more details.

 How quickly will you ship my consignment?

We always try to ship your stock to you as soon as possible. At WF Plastic, we pride ourselves on high quality packaging, and fast dispatch of stock. We will usually ship your consignment on the same day that payment is received.

Each of our shipping partners has different cut-off times for same-day bookings that we must adhere to. If your order misses the cut-off time for your selected carrier, your stock will still be be prepared for shipping and booked for collection within hours. However, your carrier will collect your consignment on the following day.

WF has three warehouses at Warwick Farm, and another offsite warehouse for bulk storage. We always endeavour to keep stock levels of every line item at our Warwick Farm warehouses. However, at times, certain products may be out of stock and need to be transferred to Warwick Farm from our offsite warehouse. If you have ordered an item that requires a stock transfer, there may be a delay in shipping whilst the stock transfer takes place. Should this situation arise, you will always be notified.

The above two scenarios are certainly the exception, and not the rule. When your order is received, our aim is to process it within two hours of receipt of funds.

 Will I be able to track my consignment?

If you selected TNT or Couriers Please as your freighter, your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number for your consignment. Additionally, this email also contains a TRACK IT button that allows you to immediately track your individual consignment online.
